PRACTICE: Oneness and Flow Journaling


 

Use the following prompts to start logging journal entries in observation of oneness and flow in your everyday life.

  1. What are some ways that you feel inspired to practice the acknowledgement of oneness in your everyday life, in your aspirations, in your manifesting, in your relationships, etc...?

  2. How can you tap deeper into flow state so that you might see significant results from it?

  3. What thoughts predictably get in the way of your access to flow state?

  4. What fears or circumstances trigger resistance to being in flow?

  5. How can you circumvent or overcome those triggers and choose surrender?

  6. Write about significant experiences you’ve had where surrender paid off in a major way.

  7. Notice and make observations of when your relationship with “inanimate” objects, situations, environments (experiences with non-living things) change due to being in or out of flow state.

  8. What people in your life do you feel the most one with, the most aligned with?

  9. What people in your life do you fee the least one with, the least aligned with?

  10. What desires do you feel the most and least in integrity, alignment, and flow with?
